Mike Morawski: Hey, welcome everybody to this week’s episode. This a little bit different. We’re broadcasting live from the best ever conference in Salt Lake City. I’m going to be joined this morning by two of my business partners, my partner, Rochelle McCoy and Kate Gress. Really excited about being here. And yes, my voice is off.

One thing I want to talk [00:01:00] about this morning is your most valuable resource. I don’t think that we ever understand how valuable something is in our life till we lose it. And it’s interesting this morning that halfway through yesterday, after a number of conversations at the best ever conference with people, I lose my voice.

And, it’s beyond cool. It’s beyond rugged or sexy. It’s gone. So hopefully, my partners will be able to keep this going. Somebody will hopefully stop by and join us on this podcast this morning, but I’m super excited about being here and this show has been great.

So listen, if you are out there and you’re following us on social media, Like this, love us, follow us. Subscribe to our YouTube channel. It’s so important, the people that we hang out with and the people that are in our lives.

It’s interesting, this morning I read an article [00:02:00] that talked about that. And the author actually said that, there’s that old saying that the five closest people to you are really where your destiny is going to be. But this author had a different perspective. He said he’s very quiet about what he does and he only has a couple of people in his world that are close, close friends.

And, I had to read that article and really think about it and really think about who’s in your life, who matters in your life, who matters most. So, I hope that our podcast matters to you. I hope that the content that we bring out on a weekly basis helps you grow, helps you learn. So continue to follow us and subscribe to our channels if you would. And if we can ever do anything, don’t hesitate to reach out.

So let’s kind of jump in this morning. This is Insider Secrets. We’re gonna talk about some secrets this morning maybe. I’m joined by two of my partners. I’d like to know what their secrets are sometimes. So anyhow, Rochelle, welcome. Good morning. You want to introduce yourself and talk about yourself a little bit, your history, your background and how we got together.

Roschelle McCoy: Yeah, absolutely. Roschelle [00:03:00] McCoy, based in central Illinois and started investing in real estate back in 2017. Had some stuff going on with my day job that really made me think about investing in real estate kind of as a backup plan in the case I was ever in a job loss type of situation. And once I got into real estate for a couple of years. Really started enjoying the process, really started enjoying the business and how all the different pieces and parts to it work.

And, there’s so many different facets to real estate that are just fascinating to me that I wanted to go a little more in on real estate as a side business and really went from thinking about real estate as a backup plan in case I ever lose my job, into how can I make this my path to financial freedom.

And so through the course of that journey is where I met Mike and, we connected on social media and I ended up being one of his coaching students. And through the course of learning from him on how to underwrite multifamily properties, we did a deal together and now five years later, we’ve done five deals together. So it’s been..

Mike Morawski: More to come.

Roschelle McCoy: And more to come. Yes.

Mike Morawski: Absolutely. And then, Rochelle and I are joined by another partner of ours, Kate Gress. Good morning, Kate. How are you?

Kate Gress: Good morning. [00:04:00] I’m great.

Mike Morawski: Good. Good to see you. I’m glad that you’re at this event this year. You and I were here together last year. We’ll sort it together. We kind of got together while we were here, but, I think we learn a lot. Why don’t you talk about who you are, your background, your W2 world.

Kate Gress: Sure. So, I’m a chiropractor. I’ve been in practice for 26 years. And, but in practice for 26 years, and, how I got into real estate was kind of back in 2022, I believe.

I had built a commercial building and had some rental space for other professionals in that building. And I always thought I was going to do more in real estate. And as the years went by, I kind of never did. I always had some sort of an excuse. Looking back now, I wish I had done it more, but, a few years back, I decided that I was going to do more real estate and, I needed to kind of get going with that because I’m selling my practice eventually in 2026 and want to go full in on real estate.

So, a few years back, I started buying some single families, some small multifamily properties, and then I met you Mike, at one of the investor meetings in our local [00:05:00] community and became an LP in one of your deals and started talking with you about how to scale and how to go bigger and, have bigger apartment complexes, that sort of thing.

And you said, do syndications. I’m like, okay, teach me what you know. So, did that. And, here I am doing multifamily syndications with you as my partner and Rochelle and got my first deal with you guys. Last fall, we closed on property in Tulsa.

Mike Morawski: Congratulations.

Kate Gress: Thank you.

Mike Morawski: You guys make me think about the beginning. So when you think about the beginning of your career, getting into real estate, I sold residential real estate for 15 years. I was very successful. I didn’t have to go do anything else. But I always had this desire to be in the apartment business and it was crazy because what I understood was that you raise private capital, you marry with a great real estate deal, you stay in the middle and everybody earns profit from it.

Everybody gets a return. As long as everything goes well, it’s great. That was all I knew. So I went from residential real estate [00:06:00] into the apartment business, bought an 11 unit deal. And the first time somebody said, NOI, cap rate, yield maintenance, I went, what? So there’s that whole learning curve. So Rochelle, are you coming from a day job into real estate into from single family fix and flips, into the apartment business, what was that like for you?

Roschelle McCoy: Yeah. I mean, there’s definitely a lot of similarities and a lot of things that you can carry over from that single family world into multifamily or larger real estate. But there’s a lot of things that, like you said, just kind of don’t translate. So yeah, it’s interesting to think about when you’ve got a problem that needs to be solved, like what are the thing you always go back to?

Like, what have I done in the past to solve a similar type of problem that I can apply to this? And is that something I’m pulling from my single family world? Does that really apply to this? Or do I really need to look at this problem completely differently and think outside the box? Because this is a different type of asset than a single family.

And so how can I learn and understand these types of problems and situations that need to be fixed and solved in a different [00:07:00] way because it really is a different type of business. So you have to take a lot of those learnings and figure out how do you apply those to a different type of business or a different asset class.

Mike Morawski: So was it scary for you?

Roschelle McCoy: It was, definitely had some scary moments, but no one’s going to go buy an apartment by themselves. And anyone that tries to do so, I hope people would stop them, especially their bank, especially the lender I think would try to stop them. But knowing that you’ve got partnerships and people around you that have the experience and have done it before and have been down that path and have gone through a lot of these same challenges and issues.

Cause there’s always challenges and there’s always issues, is really comforting just knowing that you’ve got that experience on your side, even if it’s not you personally, with that experience, you’ve got a team of people around you that have that experience and you can lean on them for that help when needed.

Mike Morawski: So I think teams are really important. You don’t do this business on your own. There’s too many moving parts. So Kate, I remember when I first met you and your husband. And, I remember standing at the back of that room that day after I spoke and you guys came up to me and, I remember the conversation like it was yesterday and it was only a couple of years ago.

And you [00:08:00] invested with us passively. So you invested in one of Rochelle and I’s deals. And, then you started coaching with me and then all of a sudden, six, seven months into coaching here you are. You have your first multifamily deal done. How has that process been for you and what is that meant to you?

Kate Gress: So that has been a tremendous learning experience. I feel like in the world of syndication, I knew nothing. I was starting from scratch. So yeah, you taught me so much and I just absorbed it all, and try to do what you told me to do. And, I just feel like I’ve learned so much. So it’s been a great experience.

Mike Morawski: So is it something you would have been able to do on your own or do you think you needed the power of the team behind you?

Kate Gress: Oh, definitely. I need the power of the team. Yeah. I don’t think I could have done that on my own. I mean, maybe it would have taken me away a lot longer and maybe made a lot of mistakes. I think there’s definitely power in numbers and, teams and coaching. So yeah, definitely. I think that helped tremendously.

Mike Morawski: So when I started this morning, I started to talk about valuable resources. Like my voice, my voice is my most [00:09:00] valuable resource because I communicate every day with people. I talk to private investors. I do coaching calls. I talk to other people in the industry to learn to grow.

I didn’t realize how valuable it was. I can imagine a singer today, who loses their voice. And what do you do? So being out of pocket for half a day, not being able to attend some events last night, trying to just kind of recover and feeling a little better today. I’m grateful that that’s coming back, but I want to talk about valuable resources.

I want you guys to look at it from two vantage points. One is what’s your most valuable resource, and what is the most valuable resource that somebody on your team can bring to the team to help you on your journey. I don’t know who wants to go first. Looks like Rochelle is going first.

Roschelle McCoy: Looks like I’m going first. So in terms of a most valuable resource, sometimes I think it’s your gut. And the gut feel that you get from certain decisions that you make or certain decisions that you’re pondering. Sometimes it’s that gut feel you get [00:10:00] from the people you’re with. And how you feel when you’re around them, how they make you feel.

And I think that’s a really overlooked thing that sometimes it’s subtle. So it’s easy to dismiss, especially when you might be nervous or worried about something. You might say, oh, well, maybe it’s just nerves or maybe I’ve got the butterflies in my stomach or whatever.

But I think sometimes it might be your gut telling you that, maybe something’s not right. Or maybe you need to take a step back and look at this from a different perspective. Or, maybe you need to do a little more research to become more comfortable with this. There’s a lot of things that your gut could be telling you, I think that can be a really, really valuable resource. And, it’s important for people to lean into that, especially when making important business decisions.

Mike Morawski: Absolutely. Great thought. That’s for sure. Thank you.

Kate Gress: So my most valuable resource, I would think just the people that I’m surrounded by. The people on my team, my family, just all of those people are my most valuable resources.

You as a coach, Rochelle as a partner. And I think that like, even in my chiropractic business, the people on my team, everyone has their own strengths and their weaknesses. And we try to use the people that have their strengths and in certain areas to [00:11:00] build and grow, and make up for the people that have the weaknesses.

Mike Morawski: I’m glad you mentioned family because I think that all of us, our valuable resources are those people that are closest to us. And how they encourage us and how they spur us on.

Hey, listen, our company is named resilience equity for a reason. Because we’ve been in the ashes and come out of the ashes, and if it wasn’t for people in my life that have said, Hey, you can do this.

And one of my best friends in the world, he always says, Hey, you’re going to be the Michael Milken of multifamily. And for people that don’t know who Michael Milken is, go to Google and look him up because, he’s a guy that I’ve always looked up to because of his failure and the success he’s redone in his life.

And that’s who I want to be. And that’s the example. So I want to be a valuable resource in people’s life by providing that, whether it’s my children or whether it’s a significant other, or whether it is my coaching clients or my business partner, whoever, I want to be that valuable [00:12:00] resource.

So, here’s a thought I have as we’re going through this. Something that you’ve learned. Rochelle, you and I have been partners now for almost five years. I think, even after 30 years in the business, I keep learning stuff. You keep learning. I think we’re always coming up with new ideas, new ways of doing things.

Just what’s one thing that you learned as a result of taking action in the multifamily business? And not necessarily about coaching, but just taking action and moving forward. Because I think people don’t take action because they’re fearful. They’re afraid of what the outcome could be. So what’s one thing you’ve learned by just taking action and getting outside of your comfort zone?

Roschelle McCoy: For me, it’s really consistency. It’s getting in there and taking all those actions over and over and over again and doing it consistently day after day. So I personally work a full time job and I do real estate on the side. So finding little pockets of time where I can squeeze in time to work on my business is an extreme challenge.

I’ve got young kids at home and, they’ve got 5000 activities that my another part time job is a professional chauffeur for my Children. I just drive them all over the [00:13:00] place. But, when you when you’re trying to build a business, you can’t just expect to flip a switch and one day you’ve got it done, you’ve got it built, you really have to take that consistent action day after day, time after time to really build up those skills or to build up those systems and those processes or to build up your marketing or your social media presence.

So it’s really about a lot of consistent action day after day, week after week. And, there’s going to be times when you’re super burnout. And you don’t want to do it, or you don’t want to get up at 4 30 a.m. to work on my real estate business, but you just got to keep pushing forward. And now that I look back, I’ve been on this journey with real estate since 2017, but with multifamily since, 2025,

I look at how much I’ve accomplished and how much I’ve built because, and it’s all because I’ve taken that little bit of action consistently day after day, week after week, month after month, and that really starts to compound over time. When you start to put that by the wayside and say, Oh, I’m going to take the week off or maybe I’m just not going to work on it this week that also compounds over time. And you start to see your gains are going to level off a little. So you got it.

Mike Morawski: [00:14:00] You just had a week off.

Roschelle McCoy: I know. You do have to take vacation sometimes.

Mike Morawski: It’s cool. I think it’s been a couple of years since you and I’ve been in the same time zone between my travel, speaking, going to events, networking. And now I live on the West coast. You still live in the Midwest. We haven’t been on the same time zone in a long time, and one thing I can appreciate is at four o’clock in the morning when I get up, Rochelle’s already sending emails, and then I have to remember it’s six o’clock, not four o’clock.

Roschelle McCoy: And like texting Mike at 4:30 a.m. you don’t have to answer this now, but when you wake up.

Mike Morawski: It’s funny. How are you? Kate?

Kate Gress: So some of the things I’ve learned is, having been a business owner, like I said, for the past 26 years, all those principles apply, whether it’s chiropractic or it’s real estate, from my experience.

So much of that kind of crosses over those principles, whether it’s marketing or management. Whatever it might be. A lot of the stuff is the same. We’ve talked about stuff like, networking or marketing and and doing events. And I’m like, yeah, I totally can do that. Like, for real estate. I’ve done that for my business and chiropractic and healthcare [00:15:00] and, kind of the same thing.

Mike Morawski: Yeah, awesome. How about goals? Let’s talk about goals for a minute. I think that in our life, we’ve all done so much at this point. Where do you see yourself in 3 years, 5 years from now? Maybe personally or business wise. Where do you see yourself Rochelle?

Roschelle McCoy: It’s an interesting question. I think professionally, I’d like to be in real estate full time in a matter of 3 years. And again, that consistent action, I do believe is going to get me there. Just got to keep moving day after day, month after month.

My kids are getting older to the point where I’m going to have some kids moving out of the house and going to college. So that’s going to be a really big change over the next couple of years. So our family dynamic is going to change as well. The way we do family vacations and celebrations and things is all going to look a little bit different when we’re not living under the same roof.

So, I think the next 3 years for me personally is going to be a lot of different transitions and, some of them are going to be trickier than others, but, there’s definitely some things that I see coming in the future that I’m really looking forward to.

Mike Morawski: Awesome. And you always know that whatever I can do to support you in any of that, that I will do that.

It’s like when you were on vacation, people were like, [00:16:00] can’t I get ahold of Rochelle? And I was like, no, she’s on vacation. She needs a break. Give her some time. And, I think we do that for each other as partners. And there’s really a difference between partner and team, right?

Because, yeah, we’re on the same team, but we’re also business partners. And we defend each other and we block each other and, we’re in an environment right now, unfortunately, that there’s a lot of defense going on and it’s not allowed us to play offense. So, when we start to get more offensive in our business, those goals become more of a reality.

They become more of a vision. They become more permanent in our lives. Kate. How about you?

Kate Gress: So goals, goals professionally, like I said earlier, I am going to be exiting from chiropractic, by the end of 2026, that’s kind of been the plan for the past 10 years. So my life will be a little bit different than it would be kind of odd, not going to my office.

Mike Morawski: How excited are you about that?

Kate Gress: I’m very excited, but there’s part of me that thinks, Oh, am I going to miss this? And just having my team, I have a lot of the people on my team have been with me for a very long period of time. We don’t have a lot of turnover. So it’s [00:17:00] like, Oh, I’m not going to have this place, kind of my chiropractic home to go to and work.

And so that might be a little bittersweet. But I’m excited about it. Just kind of time for a change and going into real estate full time. And I think that’s going to afford me just more time. I guess, freedom to travel. I can still work while I’m traveling, because my husband’s older than I am, he’s going to be retiring soon and he wants to do more traveling. So that’s some of our personal goals is just to get out and see more of the world and take time off.

Mike Morawski: Yeah. And I know you guys had a great vacation last year.

Kate Gress: Yeah.

Mike Morawski: You got to see Italy and some other parts of the world that was pretty. Some of those stories and pictures are so cool. Memories in that.

Kate Gress: Yeah, it’s interesting because, like, I was telling you the other day, my husband has his own, business as well. And he is kind of a workaholic as am I. He said, I don’t know if the first time we went to Italy, which was in 2023, he took two weeks off and said, I don’t know if I can do this.

I’m going to have to be responding to emails. I’m like, no, you are doing this. You’re not responding to emails. You’re not taking phone calls. Your business partners can handle it. Kind of like you were talking [00:18:00] about you and Michelle. And, after we got back, he’s like, I’m such an idiot. Why did I not do this earlier? I should have just taken the time before this.

Mike Morawski: Yeah, we don’t realize it until we do it. And I know that after this month, I have a very busy month. After this month, I’m going to be taking a week off. I’m going to go away in a hammock in Hawaii somewhere and just like decompress.

Because it’s been pretty crazy the first quarter this year, and I know my partner is going to let me do that. Maybe even make me do it. So that’ll be good.

Roschelle McCoy: You need that.

Mike Morawski: Yeah. Right. I think goals are important. They start out as dreams. I’d like to accomplish this. I always had that dream. I want to be in the apartment business. I never knew how I got there, but I took action. Then I started setting some goals. I scaled a business, we owned and operated 4000 units.

We had a management company managing 7500. The world changed. Things change, and today I’m rebuilding and have to take to heart what my friend says, that I’m going to be the Michael Milken of multifamily. That is my definite goal. In the process of doing that, though, [00:19:00] I want to bless hundreds of people along the way.

So, whether they’re a limited partner who invests in a deal, and they’re making cash flow, long term wealth and having some tax advantages with a preservation of their capital, that’s one thing. Whether they’re a coaching client who like you, Kate, you, Rochelle, we partnered on your 1st deals together, do more deals together. Whether it’s a seller who is in trouble and needed to sell a property and we help bail them out or her up,.

Whatever it is, I just want to bless hundreds of people along the way, because it’s not about my success. It’s about your success. And it’s about, Zig Ziglar said, and Zig Ziglar was probably one of the first motivational speakers I ever listened to. But he said, if you help enough other people get what they want, you’ll ultimately get what you want.

Two key things in life. That’s one. The second one is, Dale Carnegie. I read a book years ago called how to win friends and influence people. And I read that book every couple of years now, or [00:20:00] listen to it on audio. And I suggest anybody who hasn’t read it. Pick it up, go get it, listen to it on audio, read the book, because Carnegie really talks about relationships and he talks about how you have to help and influence other people.

And I think that’s what we do in our daily life. Kate, you talk to LPs all the time, Rochelle, you talk to business partners and team members and keep the ball moving and talk to LPs. You know what I love? One thing that’s really important is, I don’t know how to do some of the things, you know how to do. Like, somebody gets stuck filling out investor paperwork on the portal.

I’m like, yep, call Rochelle. I don’t know. It’s out of my pay grade. So there’s things I know how to do, things you know how to do. Why should I know how to do? I know how to do it, but not how to do it, and turn them over to your partner. And I think that’s the way that good teams and good partnerships work.

Roschelle McCoy: Yeah. And to add to that, your team members have the trust that you’re going to do what you need to do to get done. I trust that Mike is going to go out and do the things he needs to do every day to help us manage our properties and, raise the capital and those [00:21:00] types of things. And he puts the trust in me that I’m working with the investors and working on the backend systems and processes and making sure all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted and all those things.

And so, once you establish that trust with your partners, it’s really a magical thing and everyone can get that much more work done that much more effectively.

Kate Gress: Yeah, so you talked about helping others, and I guess having a purpose and that’s going to come back to you when you’re able to help other people. But as you were talking about that, one of the things I was thinking about was early on in my practice, I had a hard time getting out and marketing myself and putting myself out there, but I always came back to thinking, it’s not about me, it’s about them, I’m helping someone else.

So I have to get out of my own way. And out of my own head space and help those people, no matter what it takes to do that. If I have to stand up in front of a group and speak, which I don’t like doing, or I have to go do an event, I got to do it because it’s not about me.

It’s about them. And so, I think that applies in chiropractic and healthcare and now in real estate, because when we’re talking to LPs, we’re helping them. This is about them, helping them to have a better life, maybe become more financially free, have more cashflow.

Mike Morawski: Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. [00:22:00] I appreciate you guys. One last topic in the last few minutes of this one last topic. I want to talk about our tools. We have really great tools that we share with each other that I use in my coaching platform. One is our underwriting tool. Because they say the math never lies.

Hope that’s true. But we use an underwriting tool that helps us look at deals, evaluate deals. But one of the tools that we use in our business is a platform, a CRM platform. I’m really excited right now because, a good friend of mine just dropped by, stopped in Paul. Paul, how are you?

Paul: I’m doing fantastic.

Mike Morawski: Good to see you.

Paul: Yeah. It’s great to see you guys.

Mike Morawski: Great to see you guys at the best ever conference and I think to meet in person, right? We’ve met a lot online. We’ve talked online. LaPaul’s with Capitalist Pro, and Capitalist Pro is my CRM platform, and Kate, you use it as well, that helps us raise capital.

And we’re talking about, one of the most important parts of our business because we’re a function of capital. If we don’t have capital, we don’t do deals. [00:23:00] So, in order for us to grow to do 500, 1000, 10, 000 units, we have to have that capital. So, how do we start to streamline things? How do things get a little bit easier for us? So, Paul, thanks for joining us.

Paul: My pleasure.

Mike Morawski: Hey, real quick. Why don’t you just tell people what capitalist pro is and, why you guys are here at best ever?

Paul: Yeah. Capitalist pro we always refer to it as the number one CRM for capital raisers. And capital raising is really a personal game. You can’t automate a hundred percent of a capital raise, but you can automate the nurturing, the touch points. Statistics are statistics, but, we like to refer to as like maybe 80, 85 percent of a capital raise can be automated. Because if you’re providing some sort of value, if you’re top of mind for people, you’re educating.

The whole goal is to be able to jump on a discovery call and they know everything about you and your business. They know your story, why you’re in multifamily real estate investing. And it’s up to the deal at that point. It’s up to the deal. They already know your team. [00:24:00] They know everything about you.

And that’s the whole goal of having a good CRM, a good system to be able to automate that so that you can have that time reinvested into underwriting, acquiring the deal, talking with other people, having those discovery calls with other people.

Mike Morawski: So here’s what’s really cool about Capitalist Pro. And I think I will be an advocate for a long time. I’ve used a lot of different CRMs over the years. And one of my biggest complaints always was, are people getting my emails? And with Capitalist Pro, my deliverability rate has skyrocketed. I mean, in the 90 percentile of people getting my email, not going to spam and then people opening it. So, as a result of that, I have more people coming to our webinars.

I have more people showing up at our events. I have more people that are raising their hand saying, hey, I have an interest in that deal, that becomes priceless at some point.

Paul: Yeah, I think that we don’t know what we don’t know. People falling through the cracks is probably the biggest mistake [00:25:00] that capital raisers can make.

And it’s the follow up, but it’s also like the deliverability. And there’s two things that you need to look for in email deliverability is not only just the deliverability percentage, because it could be delivered to their spam. You could have 98%, 100% deliverability, but that could be delivered to their spam box. So what you really want to look for is the open rates.

Mike Morawski: Yeah.

Paul: But there’s also factors that come into play there, too. But if you have a good percentage, like 20, 30 percent is like industry standard. It’s like, if you’re getting 20, 30 percent open rate, it’s like, okay, it’s pretty good. But most of our users and even ourselves are getting 60, 70 percent open rates on emails. And so you know that people are actually getting them in their inbox. And that they’re opening it.

Mike Morawski: How do you like Capitalist Pro?

Kate Gress: I love Capitalist Pro. Yeah, they’ve helped so much with just getting organized, even with like our marketing and getting our emails down and our whole sequence and just giving feedback too, which is so valuable, just letting us know kind of what we need to tweak and change or keep. And, so that’s [00:26:00] been really, really awesome.

Mike Morawski: Yeah. Paul, thanks for stopping by.

Paul: Yeah, it was a pleasure.

Mike Morawski: Tell people how they can get ahold of you.

Paul: Yeah, a great way is social media, but also if you want to go to capitalistpro.io or capitalistpro.com you’ll find us. So we’re getting our presence out there.

We’re attending a lot of conferences now, and we’re actually really excited to really grow our YouTube channel. We’re going to be doing a lot of how to videos and you can take those lessons and utilize any CRM. But everybody, even if you’re barely starting into the real estate investment, get a CRM, no matter what it is, get a database, build your database and start educating and rebranding yourself so that people know what you’re doing and keep track of those people.

Because if you have one on a spreadsheet, yeah, that’s great. But, it’s still taking a lot of mental power of like, Oh, I need to follow up with them. Oh, they express interest, but that was like four months ago. They probably already moved on by now, so really have a good system and a CRM to not lose people because one investor can change your life.

Mike Morawski: This is how long I’ve been [00:27:00] in real estate. I used to use three by five cards and kept my 20 hottest leads in my suit coat pocket. Yes, I did wear a suit. Thanks for coming by Paul.

Paul: Yeah, thank you.

Mike Morawski: Hey, Kate, Rochelle, thanks for being here. Any final closing thoughts, anything you guys want to comment on?

Roschelle McCoy: I’ll just say, we’ve had a great time here at best of our conference. It’s been great meeting a lot of people. We do so much virtually these days to actually see people online, especially our partners that we talked to. I mean, Kate and I hadn’t met in person before the conference today. And we’ve been talking for, I don’t know at least 6, 8 months, via zoom calls every week.

And so to have those in person experiences is really invaluable. So, it’s been a great conference and we look forward to seeing more investors and more real estate folks at some of these future events.

Mike Morawski: Awesome.

Kate Gress: Yeah, I agree with Rochelle. This has been a great event and meeting people and networking and, that’s going to help us just to grow and help other people.

And, I’m just grateful for both of you and as my partners and Mike, you as my coach, and I’m just grateful for all of your knowledge and your help.

Mike Morawski: Thank you. And I’m super grateful you’re a chiropractor and have [00:28:00] adjusted me a couple of times.

Kate Gress: You’re welcome.

Mike Morawski: Thank you.

Kate Gress: Me too.
