The relationship between a coach and the client needs to be a win/win in order for the relationship to work. It is important both sides listen to each other. Personally I have been on both sides. I have had a coach in my life for over 25 years. and I have coached hundreds of real estate agents and investors. The coach needs to stay neutral providing a relationship of encouragement and self discovery. As a coach I help lead my client to the answer they intuitively know. I am helping them to realize the outcome they want to achieve and hold them accountable to the execution. Helping a client think differently about a situation raises their standards. Then it gives them the ability to execute at a higher level. When they operate at that higher level their results increase. This is where you see true change personally and professionally in the client.
