The pandemic has demanded some thinking outside the box. To reframe how we look at the world and the work we do, change was mandatory. If you are not open to change and looking at things differently, you may find yourself in a dilemma as a result. However, if you are open to change and making an impact then this pandemic has nothing on you. You have powered through these months and can continue to trailblaze through the rest of 2020. This pandemic has challenged me to grow in all directions and it has only improved me. I am grateful for the time to reflect and grow.
